Indications:
For in vitro diagnostic use.
Ingredients:
Glucose Oxidase (= or > 1.81 IU), Other Ingredients: (mediator, buffer, etc. = or >0.05 mg), Silica Gel, Molecular Sieve (in vial cap)
Warnings:
Sore at temperatures under 86°F (30°C).
Do not refrigerate.
Do not use if expiration date has passed. Use within three months of opening test strip vial.
Do not use if glued seals are broken.
